Time to Buckle Down!
I don't know about you, but I had an absolute blast at our HALLOWEEN results party and the other festivities with family and friends! WE ROCKED it!!
TODAY though put it on your list to have a bit of a purge party. Get rid of all your temptations from your fridge and the middle shelf of your pantry. Worst yet, in a cute bowl on top of your desk at work or in the living room at home. Hope you were able to balance some of the empty calories with some active traditions! The weather was perfect for walking from house to house trick or treating too.
THIS evening prior to Turbo/Zumba we will have a fi members meeting where we will cover some important things for your success this month and in the future. At last month's members meeting we had an interesting goal setting technique--how are you doing towards that three month goal? Do you need to text that person again?
If you need to settle up for your fi membership for October (I know my bad for thinking this would be done...) or your improvement program this month, you can check in with Beth before class tonight.
Once again if you are a fi member or in an improvement program this month you get the fi classes at NO EXTRA COST (found on the calendar tab on the forum)! 12 Days of Fitness is filling up fast so if you need to sign up for this program that only comes around once a year Beth can hook you up before turbo or you can send an email to commit2befi@gmail.com.
The Results this month were so great! The HEAT took the winning rowing spot with the best combo of percentage loss and meters rowed :)! Great job HEAT and all the rowers! The Maroon 4 took the cup literally this month in Rocky--awesome job!! There were many stand-outs this month many losing 10 lbs or more just this month, many losing body fat and looking more cut than ever, and the most impressive are those who in their second column (life to date) have lost and kept off many, many lbs, inches, gained personality, strength and much more!
Let's do it! See you tonight!! I have had several people give me a verbal commitment that they are "buckling down this month" on their improvement program so we all can buckle up with room to spare this upcoming holiday season.
SCHEDULING:
*tonight member meeting prior to Turbo/Zumba at the Wayside (enter thru O'Kelly's please)
* Food plan begins tomorrow for improvement programs. Please pay tonight if you haven't already so I can send the food plan info password to you tomorrow morning.
* Tomorrow 5:15p scheduling for Rowing, 5:30p Body Sculpt, 5:30p pre testing for PM boot camp ALL taking place at Baptist (corner of High and Isabella)
*NOVEMBER ROW TEAMS- you will get one more email from me tomorrow AM about what your options will be to schedule however you will not schedule until 5:15pm tomorrow. You can start your team off right with rowing some meters during office hours this week however no classes tomorrow either just all rower scheduling and testing if you are not coming off a program from last month.
